25 Years Dr. Schönheit + Partner

A factory on a greenfield site or a production facility in the middle of the city: For 25 years now, Dr. Schönheit + Partner (S + P) has been supporting companies with customized strategy consulting as well as holistic factory planning and implementation. Since then, numerous factories of the future have been created with the signature of S + P’s integrated factory design. Coachings with creative methods and tools help our customers to turn their thoughts into new opportunities and to get the best out of their company.

As early as 1990, Dr. Martin Schönheit laid the foundation for Dr. Schönheit + Partner’s success story by founding an engineering office, a think tank with realization competence. The breakthrough came in 1997 with the founding of Dr. Schönheit und Partner GmbH (today Dr. Schönheit + P. Consulting GmbH and Dr. Schönheit + P. Engineering GmbH). Over the past 25 years, the start-up for innovative business development, which began with 5 employees, has developed into a globally active company with comprehensive know-how, impressive visions and enormous innovative power.

S + P has always remained true to the motto “the focus is on people”. And not only in the project work with our customers. Over the years, a very special team has grown at S + P – an interdisciplinary and cross-generational team that combines different perspectives, experience and groundbreaking, creative ideas.
