Expansion of the Management Team

Effective January 12, 2026, Dr. Schönheit + Partner (S + P) will begin a new chapter in its corporate management: Enrico Schönheit will take over the commercial management of Dr. Schönheit + Partner Consulting.

Together with Dr. Martin Schönheit (Managing Partner & CEO), Tobias Kuhnert (Technical Managing Director Consulting) and Peter Thomé (Technical Managing Director Engineering), Enrico Schönheit will form the management team of Dr. Schönheit + Partner in the future. We are thus deliberately focusing on leadership that preserves established values while looking ahead – in the interests of our employees, our customers and the long-term development of the company.

For around 28 years, Dr. Schönheit + Partner has been a guarantor of professional design for forward-looking production processes and high-quality industrial architecture. With our integrated service portfolio covering production systems, factory planning, digitalization, architecture, technical building equipment, and project management, we design sustainable production companies across all planning phases, all from a single source.

Enrico Schönheit has been with S + P since 2023. As head of business development, he has driven forward digitalization – both in internal processes and in touchpoints with potential customers and our own services – and has contributed his strategic expertise to a number of projects. In addition to his Master’s degree in Management (MSc), Enrico brings several years of experience as a project manager in the strategy consulting division of a leading consulting firm.

“Passing on entrepreneurial responsibility means placing trust in others and believing in the future. Handing over commercial management to Enrico is an important step in the further development and continuity of our family business, which I am very pleased about,” says Dr. Martin Schönheit.

We are delighted to welcome Enrico as a new member of the management team!
