From October 6 to 8, 2025, the time had come: Europe’s largest trade fair for real estate and investment, EXPO REAL, took place in Munich. We were there this year at the Cologne Bonn region’s joint stand, which covered more than 500 m². There, we joined forces with other committed partners to show why investing in our region is worthwhile – with concrete projects, contact persons, and a strong network.
Dr. Martin Schönheit, managing partner of S + P, and Tobias Schroeders, Director Architecture, represented Dr. Schönheit + Partner (S + P) at the event. Our focus topic at the trade fair, urban production, met with great interest. Because the team at Dr. Schönheit + Partner has already planned and implemented numerous forward-looking projects for urban production in Cologne, such as the site concept for Fusion Cologne and the sustainable commercial property models for KölnBusiness.
Our sincere thanks go to all visitors for the inspiring exchange and exciting discussions. We look forward to future events and the opportunity to continue providing innovative impetus for industry and sustainable production in the city.
