Lead to Lean® Assessment via videoconference

With our Lead to Lean® Assessment you can put your processes to the test and compare your work system with more than 200 production plants worldwide. During the one- or two-day assessment, you will learn where your company stands in comparison with other production plants worldwide and also receive precise instructions for optimizing your work and management system. While doing so, we always involve your employees in the process.

Presence at our customers’ sites, personal, trusting discussions with those responsible and a joint view of the processes on site are important core elements of early acceptance. When it comes to change processes, trust and direct communication between those involved are essential. Even in times of increased work from the home office of many employees, we can make creative use of digital media to initiate change processes, maintain change dynamics that have already begun as well as continue projects.

The procedure of our virtual Lead to Lean® Assessment is no different from the presence execution and was accepted with great enthusiasm by our customers and partners:

  • The production tour jointly takes place on the screen by means of a guided tour via camera: the production experts on site stream a video live with their smartphone from the reference area, with a view to special technical and organizational processes.
  • Interviews with operative employees are subsequently taking place via videoconference, managers can also participate from their home office. The assessment itself is carried out in 5 time frames of 1.5 hours each, the discussion is structured by our consultants and the assessment is carried out together.
  • The result of the Lead to Lean® Assessment is available immediately on the same day.

Whether online or offline, the fields of action developed by our assessment enable you to prepare measures and actions for the restart, initiate projects and tap into efficiency advantages in production. Please feel free to contact us for a non-binding information meeting about possible further steps.
