In cooperation with the RFH – University of Applied Sciences, Cologne, Dr. Schönheit + Partner (S + P) is offering exclusive training as a Lead to Lean® Coach in the winter semester 2023/24. This qualification is specifically aimed at engineering students and is a high-quality and practice-oriented training in the field of lean management – during the studies as an open course. The course will take place from October 27, 2023 as a block event and is free of charge for students of all universities in the Cologne/Bonn/Aachen area.
Within this study-related training, students have the opportunity to acquire the following competencies:
- Targeted and successful use of lean methods
- Management of change projects
- Preparation for a central role for the implementation of a lean system in production companies
The Lead to Lean® Coach training also offers participants numerous benefits, such as:
