Factory planning 2030+ for the site in Leonding
A High Purpose Factory with the highest standards of competitiveness, sustainability and workplace ergonomics is to be built on the premises of POLOPLAST GmbH & Co KG (POLOPLAST) in Leonding, Austria. The holistic concept for this was developed by the factory planning and architecture experts of Dr. Schönheit + Partner (S + P) in close cooperation with the POLOPLAST team. Central elements of this factory planning 2030+ are a modern architecture, a multi-storey production as well as a sophisticated logistics concept with modern workplaces, high quality of stay and urban outdoor facilities.
POLOPLAST has been developing, producing and selling innovative plastic pipe systems for various applications in building services and civil engineering for more than 60 years. The company stands for modern and sustainable building technology in the fields of building drainage and ventilation. At the municipal level, POLOPLAST pipes are used in public sanitary engineering for wastewater disposal, but the marine and industrial sectors also make use of customized special products.
