Central administration building

The administration building forms the central hub of the site and is a key component of the long-term site strategy. It is intended to create a modern, connected work environment that supports STEINERT’s growth strategy and interdisciplinary collaboration. Special challenges were the integration into the existing plant context, the flexible use for different departments and the creation of high-quality office space in a limited space. In addition, proximity to the production area had to be considered to ensure short communication channels between administration, development and operational areas.

The building was designed with a modular office concept, consisting of three usage units, each with approximately 400 m². The requirements of each department were reflected through a clear spatial organization. The central location of the IT department, as well as the proximity of the management, purchasing, and administrative departments to the bridge, which connects company divisions at separate locations, ensure optimized internal workflows. The façade combines industrial materials with modern glass surfaces, conveying transparency and openness, while the office concept integrates open and closed working areas for various usage scenarios.
