Corporate architecture within the corporate group
Vitlab GmbH, Grossostheim, Germany
The redesign of the VITLAB production and administration buildings was realized in accordance with the Brand Group’s corporate architecture approach. Dr. Schönheit + Partner was responsible for the architectural planning and project management in order to ensure a uniform design identity within the corporate group. The reconstruction measures covered a total area of 3,000 m².
The project’s aim was the uniform architectural integration of the VITLAB buildings into the Brand Group's corporate design. The challenge was to fundamentally revise all floor plans and façade elevations within six weeks and to define a harmonious choice of materials. The planning was carried out in close coordination with the responsible architects and the general contractor to guarantee a coherent and functional design. Furthermore, the implementation was intended to reflect the company’s identity and values and to support everyday working life with a clear, light-flooded architecture.
Following a detailed analysis of the existing buildings, the façade design, floor plans and material concepts were revised. The adjustments followed the design guidelines of the Brand Group, so that the new buildings were visually and functionally integrated into the corporate group. In close cooperation with the general contractor and the architects, the construction plans were finalized and the choice of materials defined to ensure a coherent and long-lasting appearance.
