Together with Kärcher, Dr. Schönheit + Partner developed a production system for 10 production sites in 6 countries as a basis for a worldwide Lean Management System.
One production system for all plants worldwide - Lean Performance Gates for a cleaner world! The production of all Kärcher plants in Germany, Italy, USA, Mexico, Brazil and China should be aligned to a standardized Lean Management System.
The production philosophy follows six Lean Performance Gates (Value, Flow, Pull, Simple, Robust and Synchronous), according to which the production of all plants was aligned. To develop such an international production system, it was necessary to leverage cultural differences in the change process. In this way, global standards were set and local advantages were strengthened.
Today, the family-owned company Kärcher is the world's leading provider of efficient, resource-saving cleaning systems.
