Master planning for Innovation Center

Our client intended to build a production and logistics hall with an adjoining administration building at the new location. Additionally, an open garage was to be constructed beneath the building, along with a technical building and a pallet warehouse in the outdoor area. The site covers a total area of around 8,800 m² and is located as a 'greenfield' in a designated industrial zone near the A3 federal highway. The site is accessible via three entrances and exits and offers additional space for a logistics and waste disposal yard.

The master plan for the Innovation Center included comprehensive factory layout planning and the design of a modern, efficient production facility, taking into account logistics processes, office structures, and long-term development prospects. The aim was to create a future-oriented infrastructure that would ensure a high degree of flexibility and efficiency in the various company areas.

The developed block layout ensures that all functional areas, such as production, logistics, and administration, work harmoniously together, offering short distances and a clear structure. The arrangement of office structures has been developed according to modern standards to ensure a flexible working environment. A key component is the development of a phased plan for 2030+, which enables the gradual expansion of the plant until 2030 and beyond. This plan considers long-term production and logistics requirements and ensures that each project phase integrates seamlessly with the previous one.

The overall plant planning included detailed floor plans for the individual building sections with a clear, long-term vision for the entire site. All structural, logistical, and infrastructural aspects were harmoniously aligned. This not only enables the efficient use of resources but also offers flexibility for future expansions and adaptations to meet new requirements.
