Masterplan and new clean room production building

Based on the continuation of the company's strategy and the long-term development of the production program, the first step was to determine the growth and change requirements of the existing buildings and open spaces. The master plan is characterized by the systematic flow of materials and people through the entire facility (planning from the inside out).

The first major construction project in the master plan was the expansion of the existing BRAND injection molding facility (BSZ) by approximately 4,200 m². The highlight of this injection molding center is the new, cost-consciously and aesthetically planned clean room of approx. 3,200 m². It provides optimal production conditions with a high degree of cleanliness and safety.

The air in the cleanroom is extracted through double-shell walls and re-introduced through airbags in the suspended ceiling. White is the dominant color throughout the cleanroom. The building's technology is easily accessible on the roof. The logistics zone provides a connection to the logistics center for route traffic. A high degree of adaptability and a consistent color concept provide the best conditions for flexible production in the future.

The new injection molding production hall, which houses the clean room area, combines flexibility and adaptability with a unique corporate architecture. The building can grow inward and outward to meet the needs of the coming years. At the same time, the building lays the foundation for a consistent corporate architecture concept for BRAND.
