New multifunctional building (logistics, canteen & offices)

Following the detailed analysis of the corporate strategy during the master planning phase, the final implementation step was to complete the holistic planning from the inside out. The systematic flow of materials and people, which was a defining feature of the master plan, was to be supplemented by a well thought-out logistics system. Additionally, the social and administrative areas of the plant were to be complemented by a canteen and corresponding office structures.

With the object and factory planning, the master plan and the necessary construction measures were planned down to the last detail from the inside out. Our project management team coordinated deadlines and costs and worked with the client to develop a sustainable strategy that had a lasting impact on the master plan. The result is a generous extension to the existing plant, which presents itself as a high-quality overall concept and reflects a holistically planned plant structure.
