Further developing existing factory sites means more than just creating new space. It involves taking a holistic view of processes, buildings, and people to develop a comprehensive, future-proof concept.
As general planners, we provide comprehensive support for such projects – from factory planning through all necessary specialized planning to integrated multi-project management. This allows renovation and new construction projects to be carried out with minimal disruption, even while operations continue.
Our approach: planning from the inside out. Starting with the actual processes and workflows, we optimize existing process and building structures to meet specific needs. New buildings are strategically integrated into the overall concept.
A current example is sfmPLUS, the plant expansion for sfm medical devices GmbH at the company’s headquarters in Wächtersbach, for which we have now successfully submitted the building permit application in digital form.
