In SPRINT intensive workshops we rethink your processes with you. The focus is on a methodical analysis of the status quo as well as on the creation of a target concept with quantifiable added value.
The target concept is developed in close cooperation with your employees and is available, including an implementation roadmap, around 4 weeks after the start of SPRINT. This makes SPRINT a particularly suitable format for critical processes with a need for rapid improvement or for projects with tight deadlines, for example as part of an industrialization project or in process development. The approach is always geared towards fast, targeted results. For this purpose, the activities are constantly checked against the goals and adapted in an agile manner.
Within 3 – 4 weeks, the SPRINT goes through four standardized phases:
- Targets: Together with you, we describe the quantitative and qualitative goals of the SPRINT.
- Analysis: In a targeted analysis, we determine the status quo and the relevant fields of action for optimization.
- Design: Together with you, we develop the optimized process concept according to current standards of operational excellence.
- Outlook: We generate commitment to the result from phase 3 and develop a realistic roadmap for the realization of the concept.
The contents are developed in joint workshops. Your process experts work fully integrated in the team with the experienced S + P consultants and actively shape the future process. User know-how and technical experience thus meet the highest operational excellence standards and out-of-the-box impulses – for a truly future-oriented improvement.
Your added value
Within a very short time, we put a selected process to the test together with you. Together, we uncover weaknesses, develop solution ideas and provide you with an implementation roadmap. After just one month, you can begin to leverage the identified potential. In SPRINTs, for example, we have already doubled process efficiencies and reduced lead times by up to 60%.
