Successful completion – Lead to Lean® Coach training

A total of 15 students from the RFH – University of Applied Sciences, Cologne, and the RWTH Aachen University took part in the exclusive Lead to Lean^® Bronze Coach training from Dr. Schönheit + Partner (S + P) as part of their engineering studies. The focus of the approximately three-month qualification was on teaching the basics of lean and the lean methods 5S, Visual Management and Shopfloor Management. In face-to-face training and web-based training (WBTs), the students were taught these theoretical principles, which they then deepened using practical examples, lean business games and exercises.

The participants demonstrated the knowledge they had acquired by completing a final task, the creation of a Shopfloor Management concept, and successfully presenting it to an extended group of S + P Lean experts.
