Development and roll-out Vaillant production system

The production processes of 10 plants in China, Germany, France, Slovakia, Turkey and the UK should be coordinated, standardized and improved in such a way that a smooth process is guaranteed and productivity is significantly increased.

The Vaillant Production System was developed and implemented in more than 17 subprojects based on our VIP management approach. VIP stands for Value, Involvement and Profit. In addition to improving processes, the involvement of employees is essential. We ensured the successful implementation of the system with a qualification program tailored to the customer's needs in the form of training courses, learning facilities and pilot projects. In this context, Vaillant employees were trained as "International Group Coaches" and "Plant Coaches" in training units, who accompanied the roll-out on site with positive impulses and thus ensured the sustainability of the improvements in production and logistics processes.
